I have been a member of Warriors Way since April of 2007 and was honored to become a staff member since June of 2007. I am the Tuesday and Friday morning babysitter, so the moms can have a worry free workout. My experience at Warrior’s Way has been positive and truly has rejuvenated my life as well as my family’s life. As we all know life can be hectic and a bit crazy at times. What better way is there to release all of life’s energy that is thrown to us? Warrior’s Way has been a blessing for us.

Just a few personal things about me: I am a wife, a mother of four beautiful children and of course an Animal Lover! I spend most of my time trying to be happy and stay healthy. Other than my children, animals are my passion. I have a dog and four cats. I am an animal groomer and practice homeopathy with my family and my animals as well my clients. I believe knowledge is the key to a happy and healthy life.

I believe that the practice of Yoga provides people with what they need. Whether you are looking for strength or relaxation, flexibility or fluidity, confidence or balance yoga will provide for you. Whatever motivates you to begin your yoga practice, be it the desire for strength or flexibility, you will reap its many other benefits. It is inevitable. There is no one specific person who is more suited to practice Yoga than any other, an open mind and a genuine respect for the art of Yoga as well as for those that you practice with, after all there is an exchange of energy that takes place during a Yoga session. I strongly believe that as important as it is to rigorously exercise your body it is just as important to nourish it with the practice of Yoga."
